Though originally from Pennsylvania, I received my BA from the University of Hawai’i. Since then, I have been working as a field technician on a variety of different projects including fisheries work, seabird surveys and several terrestrial and marine mammal projects. Most recently, I have returned to Colorado to work with Mat Alldredge at the Colorado Division of Wildlife on a multi-faceted cougar study. Bill Kendall and Kevin Crooks will be advising me as I conduct my thesis project. I will be examining methods in the detection process of cougars on the Front Range.
