Join GDPE for our first science communication workshop of the semester!

In this workshop, students will reflect on how they think about and communicate about uncertain and emerging scientific issues, like emerging infectious diseases or natural disasters. Presenters from the Kelp lab will then guide students through discussions of theories from the psychology and science communication literature about uncertainty, and students will practice applying these concepts to how they discuss uncertainty in their areas of research with diverse audiences. This event will be facilitated by Dr. Nicole Kelp, Assistant Professor of Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology at CSU.

This event is open to all GDPE members. No RSVP required. Snacks will be provided!
